Rule 15
Victim Impact Report Format
(1) When sending the victim impact report to the prosecuting officer in accordance with Section 25 of the Act, it shall be sent in the format as per Schedule-14.
(2) Act. And when submitting a victim impact report according to this rule, as far as possible, the report of the relevant police office, the recommendation letter of the local level, the doctor's report and other documents confirming the impact on the victim should be attached. (3) For the purpose of sub-rule (2), if the victim requests any document from the concerned body, such document shall be provided.
(4) According to subsection (5) of section 25 of the Act, the prosecuting officer of the victim impact report shall provide the information submitted to the court to the victim.
